Designed to give performers digitigrade legs like animals who walk on their paws (toes) such as birds, Dogs, Big Cats and Dinosaurs. A majority or bipedal creature/monster characters created are designed with digitigrade legs.

USER ADJUSTMENTS:
Monster Legs have three different height settings dictated by where the foot plate is bolted into at the terminating point of the lower stilt limb.
As all users will have a different centre point of balance therefore the cable is fine tunable to counteract against this ensuring you feel stable on your stilts.
Monster Legs have two foot angle options, dictated by the user. There is the lower option which brings the users heal closer to the floor and the foot closer to a horizontal positioning and there is a higher option, bringing the heal away from the floor and the foot closer to the vertical positioning. This is adjustable for user preference and dependent on the planned usage.
All suspension fittings on Monster Legs can be calibrated by the user to suit their preference and weight.

WEIGHT & DIMENSIONS
Height options:
(Measuring between the centre of the ankle bone and the centre of the knee when viewed from the side.)
Short: Knee-to-ankle measurement of 350mm to 420mm- Generally people between 5′ 3″ and 5′ 10″
Tall: Knee-to-ankle measurement of 420mm to 500mm- Generally people between 5′ 10″ and 6′ 3″
Calf sizes, which can be used with ether height option.
(Measured around the widest part of the calf)
Small: 340mm to 390mm
Medium: 390mm to 450mm
Large: 450mm to 520mm
WEIGHT: Approximately 6.5kg per unit, 13kg per pair.
Please note: Monster Legs are rated to hold up to 250lbs (this includes the weight of your costume).

SUSPENSION OPTIONS
We offer 'Spring' and 'Air Shock' options for suspension to soften the stride. Both options do have the means to change the suspension rating- with springs this is done manually, with the Air Shocks this is done by releasing or filling the air pressure. All Air shock models are sold with a pump included as standard. To find out more about our suspension options, please view the suspension guide images. The Air Shock option is an additional £100.
