CREATURE PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT
PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT
We worked alongside our performance team to develop the locomotion and personality of each werewolf. One of the actors in our team had no previous experience using digilegs, which led to one-on-one training to build up the experience for the role.
ON SET SUPERVISION
Our lead werewolf, Daniel Norford, supervised the performance of the rest of the team and would provide feedback from the director and performance advice or coaching when needed
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We provided the production team with the best performance solution, advising on what was possible via live stunts and when VFX is required for the Werewolf character performance. The production team wanted to limit the amount of VFX needed for the physical performance as the werewolves were a full costume performance, including animatronic heads and digileg stilts.
CASTING SERVICE
We provided the production with the performance team for the werewolf characters. These were challenging roles, as each actor had to be in full costume, wearing digileg stilts and animatronic heads, through which they had only eyesight through the mouth of the werewolf.
