As these are made to order products, returns and refunds are not accepted.

The product will be dispatched and shipped within 10 days of receiving payment.

The arm-Xtensions are for theatrical purposes only and require a level of training on how to use them correctly. If you have not received any form of tutored training then you expose yourself to the risk of injury or damaging the arm extensions. Therefore, by purchasing the arm extensions, you take sole responsibility for any injury or damages that make accurate from the use of these rigs and no returns will be accepted.

These items are hand made in a home workshop, so there may be signs of small marks from the process of making them.
