The services listed below are specifically designed for actors who want to develop their skills in creature and/or motion capture acting for professional reasons. Each workshop can be attended with an additional friend/actor for the same price excluding the workshops that require motion capture. ACTING FOR VIDEO GAMES
Video Game Mechanics

For the first half of the session, you will learn the techniques required for video gameplay acting, such as locomotion and combat from a player and enemy character perspective. In the second half, you will create your own character using the techniques you've learnt and it will be filmed on a professional camera for your showreel/social media purposes

Quadruped Training

Learn how to create quadruped movement by using our full-size and miniature arm extensions. First, you will learn our technique for creature character development, which will lead on to physical locomotion design. We will also film parts of the session for you to use for social media content or reel purposes.
MOCAP REEL DEVELOPMENT

Getting animation/mocap footage which features your work, either take years to appear or is extremely difficult to obtain due to studio protocol. Using our Xsens system and the unreal engine software, we are able to capture your skills/performance, retarget it onto an unreal asset and give you the footage with no restrictions within 21 days.

Our team at Creature Bionics can provide the assistance needed to develop and produce the material for a professional reel. You will gain free access to use our creature rigs and we'll shoot the material on a Black Magic 6k pro. You will receive the footage within 10 working days.
